Term of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Android Development Studio website. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately.

For purposes of these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the owners and operators of Android Dev Tool Studio (Salman Khan and the team), and “you” refers to any person accessing or using the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use Android Dev Tool Studio in accordance with the law and these Terms. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use the Site.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you post. You must ensure that your contributions do not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights of others.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this Site, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes.

If you access the Site from outside Pakistan, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be interpreted to fulfill its intended purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

9. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
